- Within 4 Days, After 4 Days Customers Are Not Eligible For Any Type Of Refund / Return.
- In case you have received a wrong, damaged, or partial product, please ensure you have the following images as proof within 24 hours and have to send on our customer care WhatsApp number/ or email id of receiving the shipment:
- Products that you received in the “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition. Please Provide Unboxing Video.
- We REFUND only Damaged/Defective/Broken Product.
- Return Courier Charges will be payable by the Customer.
- All the sale, discounted, bought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable & non refundable but eligible for size exchange only . The cost of return shipping and re-shipping for size exchange is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. Please go through the size chart carefully for sale products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hr upon receiving of the product if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Return the Product ?
- Return Request: You must request a Return within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Unboxing Video: A video of the entire unboxing process, showing the package as it’s opened and revealing the product. This will serve as additional evidence of the product’s condition upon arrival.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase must be provided (order number, receipt, or invoice).
